Paloma is a joint-stock company with over 130 year-old tradition of manufacturing and trading of hygienic tissues in Europe. We proud ourselves upon already established and well known trade mark Paloma, under which we also trade our products.
The company's mission reflects in high quality of hygienic paper products which improve the quality of everyday life. We offer a wide spectrum of Paloma products to our consumers and increase long-term the ownership value, while ensuring the employees creative and highly motivating working atmosphere.
In its vision, Paloma will be significant and business-like successful regional tendering firm of high quality hygienic paper products with its leading brand name in the south-eastern and eastern part of Europe and reliable supplier of commercial trade marks in south-eastern, eastern and western Europe.
Paloma's strategic direction is being low in its expenditure and being interesting in market orientation of hygienic paper products, as well on consumer as in Away-From-Home segment of our users. Each and every segment demands its own unique approach with our clients. On consumer sector we emphasise the production quality and speeding up the sale, while reaching the precedence over the competition in public sector depends mainly on price competition and the quality of reaching the high level of service. Successful sale in the first as well as in the second sector is in great deal depended on manufacturing technology and efficient organization, which assure the flexibility and quick response on users' needs, that is why, according to the implemented strategic business plans, we are about to put the main stress not only on the consumer-manufacturer relations but also on the technological modernization of individual manufacturing programmes and establishment of company's flexible organization closely attached to rational economic processes.
