| Hygienic
paper quality depends on the composition of raw
material, number of plies, and the type of adhesion.
Paper can be produced from the following raw material:
- 100% cellulose (snow white),
- cellulose and waste paper mixed in different
ratios
- 100% waste paper
(natural colour).

According
to its quality, paper tissue is classified as
follows:
- Tissue paper: is thin, soft and
multi-ply paper, gentle to the touch
- Crepe paper: is heavier, one-ply,
and coarser to the touch
- Velin: smooth on one side, used
for production of napkins |

Number
of plies of the end product denotes the range
of softness and structure quality. The higher
the number of plies, the better is the paper.
